Many hardware manufacturers have played a part in the rise of PC gaming over the decades, but right from the start MSI have been leading the charge. The Taiwanese PC hardware giant has been around for 35 years.,These guys are committed to empowering gamers and making the medium matter, so when they release a high-end gaming laptop with the latest in mobile graphics tech, it's going to get our attention.
The laptop in question is the Raider GE76. Its all-powerful Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti leads the myriad reasons why this is the perfect portable weapon in every hardcore gamer's arsenal.
Let's start off with that star feature. The Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti is hands-down the most powerful laptop GPU ever made, capable of up to 4K 120fps performance in many of the latest games. While we wouldn't normally bore you with the details of the manufacturer's proprietary software, a couple of MSI Center's features really stand out. When you start playing a game, Smart Auto automatically switches into Game Mode, funnelling the CPU's resources into giving you that extra edge in performance. Then there's the Ambient Silent AI, which can detect the decibel level of the sound around you and adjust fan speed accordingly.
