At BlizzCon 2019 Blizzard announced the next Hearthstone expansion, capping off the Year of the Dragon with, naturally, enough dragons to blot out Azeroth's sun. You can read more about the expansion here, including a new mode Blizzard is launching called Battlegrounds, which was inspired by the autobattler genre. Below are all the cards announced so far, including powerful new hero card Galakrond which has slightly different versions for each of the five E.V.I.L. classes: Warlock, Priest, Warrior, Shaman and Rogue.
Also keep an eye out for Side Quests, a new mechanic used by the other classes: Hunter, Druid, Paladin and Mage. These cards are essentially easier to pull off versions of the Quest cards we currently have, and as such won't automatically start in your hand. Descent of Dragons will launch on 10 December, but you'll be able to play Battleground from 5 November, provided you make it into the Early Access beta.

With over two decades covering videogames, Tim has been there from the beginning. In his case, that meant playing Elite in 'co-op' on a BBC Micro (one player uses the movement keys, the other shoots) until his parents finally caved and bought an Amstrad CPC 6128. These days, when not steering the good ship PC Gamer, Tim spends his time complaining that all Priest mains in Hearthstone are degenerates and raiding in Destiny 2. He's almost certainly doing one of these right now.
