Recent updates

October 7, 2024: All the boss loot tables have been updated for the launch of Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, including all the unique items for the new spiritborn class.

You need a Diablo 4 boss loot table to track down all the powerful unique items for your character's build. With the launch of the Vessel of Hatred expansion, it'll be important to gear your character up as you ascend through the new torment difficulty levels. Below you'll find the complete list of items for each boss in season 6, Season of Hatred Rising, including all the uniques for the new spiritborn class.

Unique items are really potent in season 6, especially after they were juiced up in the previous season. Although their special effects are largely unchanged, their affixes are all much stronger than before. That means they're worth using even while you're still climbing toward torment 4.

The only caveat is that you will have to get to Torment 1 difficulty to start gathering materials and fighting bosses. This requires finishing a tier 20 run of the Pit, the new requirement for raising the difficulty level. You'll need a strong set of gear and a solid build to clear it. Then, you can grab one of the uniques below and really start blasting dungeons.

All of the bosses below have a higher chance at dropping one of the ultra powerful uber uniques, or mythic uniques, than anything else in the game. The first one you kill will reward you a resplendent spark to help you eventually craft one if you're super unlucky.

Varshan hasn't left since the Season of the Malignant and will be one of the easier bosses you can fight in Torment 1. Killing elites, Grotesque Debtors (who spawn after completing events), and completing grim favors for Whispers will reward you with Malignant Hearts to summon him below the Tree of Whispers.

Here's what he can drop:
