Red Dead Redemption 2 cheats: every cheat code for a wilder west
Ride the finest horses. Or just get immediately drunk.
Red Dead Redemption 2 cheats offer all kinds of augmentations for your Old West experience. After all, the life of an outlaw is hard enough, isn't it? Why spend someone else's hard-earned money on weapons and upgrades when you can keep it for yourself? Save it for the saloon—or hell, don't spend it there either. There's a cheat code for drunkenness, too.
Cheat codes are tradition in Rockstar titles, but RDR2 cheats work a little differently. With this guide you can learn more about how to find and activate cheat codes in Red Dead Redemption to give Arthur Morgan an easier, or boozier, ride through across the West.
How to use Red Dead Redemption 2 cheats
Fallout 4 cheats: Nuclear codes
Minecraft commands: Unblocked
RDR2 cheats: Most wanted
GTA 5 cheats: Phone it in
The Sims 4 cheats: Life hacks
Ark cheats: Expedited evolution
All of the cheat codes you can use in Red Dead Redemption 2 are readily available in the world, provided you know where to look. In RDR2, cheat codes are actually cheat phrases found in the world itself. To use those phrases and toggle their associated cheats on and off, open the menu, go to settings, and you'll see a button prompt to go to the cheat menu. Once their, you can activate the phrases you've entered and found.
Some cheats you can use without having located them yourself. Others have to be located first by purchasing in-game newspapers: the New Hanover Gazette, Saint Denis Times, and Blackwater Ledger. The Gazette can be picked up in Annesburg and Valentine, the Saint Denis Times in Rhodes and Saint Denis, and the Ledger in Strawberry and Blackwater.
After you've unlocked a cheat code in RDR2, you can head back to your settings menu to toggle them off and on. Beware, having cheats turned on will remove your ability to earn achievements or save your game progress.
